Brian and his friend, Becky Arnell, were selected to sing the National Anthem at their graduation. On Friday, Scott and I attended the annual Hidden Garden Benefit tour in Utah Valley. We try to go every year, and it benefits the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. School is over because Brian graduated on Thursday, so this is the first day of summer. Brian left last night for his job at Maple Dell Scout Camp and won’t be home until Saturday afternoon. He will come home for 28 hours each weekend for the rest of the summer. So quiet here this morning [...]
